The hotel's location is ideal for shopping enthusiasts.
During our stay, the apartment we booked was not as advertised. Instead of the promised amenities and the pictured apartment, we ended up in a different one that required us to walk. Additionally, we requested a double bed but were given two singles, making our sleep uncomfortable. The breakfast included in our package was subpar, as it required extra payment for better options. Overall, my experience was disappointing given the high expectations cultivated by the listing.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Our room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The location stands out as a major plus, offering easy access to shopping and a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. However, staying in a separate building led to significant drawbacks, including poor room maintenance and a dismal bathroom full of mold. Additionally, air conditioning issues made for uncomfortable nights, and only one working power outlet added to the inconveniences. These frustrations are compounded by the lack of attention from staff at check-in, overshadowing the appeal of the freshly baked cookies served on the premises.
